 If their natural ki is replaced by artificial ones , then they cant

but if they are already SSj's , then its possible for them to use it , but they cant go beyond it [like SSj2 , SSJ3]

It would confuse the heck out of everyone seeing Raditz back and being super powered.

 the transformations are based on emotional triggers (and being a saiyan, ofc), so i'll assume that saiyan brain structure is more or less the same as human brains but function differently in some ways

as long as their brain, partcularly the amygdala -- the part of the brain that deals with raw emotions (fear, anger, etc.) -- is intact, then i would assume yes and it would just depend on whether the non-organic parts can handle the ki output of the transformations

if it's actually an android like 16, and not a cyborg the way 17 and 18 were, then no, unless whoever creates it just programs it to have some sort of ability that multiplies its power, but then it wont really be a super saiyan 'cause it's not a saiyan.

What I'm getting from that: They don't have mechanical parts at all. They are human then they have artificial human parts?

If that's the case, I definitely can see a Saiyan's transformation to a Cyborg go well.

#17 and #18 were humans, and they could later take Vegeta, so I'd say maybe Power x750,000+?

Saiyans are already hellah strong, so that boost would make them indestructible killing machines.

Yeah. I think they could go to maybe SSJ3 with that power.
